Gorgo Wine Cellars
Architectural Solution: Bricolo Falsarella Associated Architects
Location: Custoza - Verona - Italy
Description: Extension of the Gorgo winery in Custoza: the building as an expression of the montage, the emotion of the material, the purity of the wine and the strength of the architecture. 118 blocks of Vicenza Giallo Dorato stone, a building assembled in 10 days. The bases, the cornices and the shoulders, as per local tradition, in Nembro Veronese, the block walls extracted from the nearby Vicenza Giallo Dorato stone quarries. A project shared with a sensitive commitment with a single goal to combine tradition with innovation, to dare, but without provoking as happens for the wines produced by the company on the hills of Custoza.
