Dear Customer / Supplier,

We want to reassure all our customers that we are operational.

Due to the Corona Virus emergency, our commercial, technical and administrative offices will continue to work in smartworking mode, in compliance with all the directives that are sent to us day by day by the authorities.

The production will remain on stand-by, ready to start again, until a date to be allocated according to government directives.
In the meantime, our technicians and salespeople remain operational to evaluate your projects, quotes and technical solutions in order to start again better and stronger than before.
We also want to confirm that, at the moment:
• We have not found any case of contagion from CoviD-19 among the workers of our companies and suppliers;
• We continue to implement all the necessary measures to protect the health of workers and their families by complying
to all the most recent government directives in force today, thus contributing to the containment of the CoViD-19 infection.
As of today, there is an obligation to comply with the measures imposed by Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers.
The decree suspends until April 18th 2020 all industrial production activities. It should be noted that the Government reserves the right to modify the list of activities to be suspended in the next few days and to change the dates for resuming activities.
Therefore also the production activities of GRASSI 1880 CAVE SRL are temporarily suspended, subject to the following circumstances:
the continuity of the administrative, technical and commercial assistance service which will be guaranteed through the
teleworking tool; the shipment of ready-made material in stock remains permitted.

GRASSI 1880 CAVE SRL is taking all the necessary measures to deal with the emergency, to protect our customers, our staff and anyone who interacts with our company.
We constantly monitor the evolution of the situation and ensure the scrupulous compliance of the provisions regarding the containment of the infection by our collaborators by providing everyone with FFP2 type mask, gloves and disinfectant and by imposing the safety distance of at least 1 meter.

Transporters are required to remain on the vehicle if they do not have an FFP2 type mask and gloves; if the loading and unloading activity required to get off the vehicle, the safety distance must be kept in the dedicated areas which must be at least 1 meter.

Our offices are at your disposal for any further information or clarification.

In thanking you for the trust that you continue to give us, we take this opportunity to extend our best regards.
